प्रस्तावना (Introduction) कारगिल विजय दिवस भारत में प्रत्येक वर्ष 26 जुलाई को मनाया जाता है। यह दिवस वर्ष 1999 में हुए कारगिल युद्ध में भारतीय सशस्त्र बलों की ऐतिहासिक विजय की स्मृति में मनाया जाता है। इस दिन हम उन वीर सैनिकों को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करते हैं जिन्होंने देश की रक्षा के लिए अपने प्राणों का सर्वोच्च बलिदान दिया। कारगिल विजय दिवस प्रत्येक भारतीय को देशभक्ति, साहस, अनुशासन और राष्ट्र सेवा की प्रेरणा देता है। कारगिल युद्ध का इतिहास (History of the Kargil War) वर्ष 1999 में पाकिस्तान समर्थित घुसपैठियों ने जम्मू-कश्मीर के कारगिल क्षेत्र की ऊँची पर्वत चोटियों पर अवैध कब्जा कर लिया था। भारतीय सेना ने कठिन भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों और प्रतिकूल मौसम के बावजूद "ऑपरेशन विजय" चलाकर दुश्मनों को पराजित किया। 26 जुलाई 1999 को भारत ने विजय प्राप्त की और सभी महत्वपूर्ण चोटियों पर पुनः अपना नियंत्रण स्थापित किया। तभी से यह दिन कारगिल विजय दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है। कारगिल विजय दिवस का महत्व (Importance) कारगिल विजय दिवस हमें यह याद दिलाता है कि देश की स्वतंत्रता और सुरक्षा हमारे वीर सैनिकों के साहस, समर्पण और बलिदान के कारण सुरक्षित है। यह दिवस प्रत्येक नागरिक को अपने राष्ट्र के प्रति कर्तव्य, अनुशासन, एकता और देशभक्ति की भावना विकसित करने की प्रेरणा देता है। यह दिन भारतीय सेना की अद्भुत वीरता और दृढ़ संकल्प का प्रतीक है। वीर सैनिकों का योगदान (Contribution of Brave Soldiers) कारगिल युद्ध में अनेक भारतीय सैनिकों ने अत्यंत कठिन परिस्थितियों में दुश्मनों का सामना किया और अपने प्राणों की आहुति देकर भारत की सीमाओं की रक्षा की। उनका साहस, धैर्य, त्याग और राष्ट्र के प्रति समर्पण आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए सदैव प्रेरणास्रोत रहेगा। उनके बलिदान के कारण ही भारत ने सम्मानपूर्वक विजय प्राप्त की। विद्यालयों में आयोजन (Celebration in Schools) विद्यालयों में कारगिल विजय दिवस के अवसर पर विशेष प्रार्थना सभा, भाषण प्रतियोगिता, निबंध लेखन, पोस्टर निर्माण, चित्रकला प्रतियोगिता, देशभक्ति गीत, कविता पाठ, प्रश्नोत्तरी तथा शहीदों को श्रद्धांजलि कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाते हैं। इन गतिविधियों के माध्यम से विद्यार्थियों में देशप्रेम, राष्ट्रीय एकता तथा सैनिकों के प्रति सम्मान की भावना विकसित होती है। विद्यार्थियों की भूमिका (Role of Students) विद्यार्थियों को अपने देश के वीर सैनिकों के जीवन से प्रेरणा लेकर अनुशासन, ईमानदारी, परिश्रम और राष्ट्र सेवा की भावना को अपनाना चाहिए। उन्हें राष्ट्रीय ध्वज, संविधान तथा देश की एकता और अखंडता का सम्मान करना चाहिए तथा एक जिम्मेदार नागरिक बनने का प्रयास करना चाहिए। कारगिल विजय दिवस 2026 का संदेश (Message) कारगिल विजय दिवस 2026 हमें यह संदेश देता है कि राष्ट्र की सुरक्षा और स्वतंत्रता अनेक वीर सैनिकों के त्याग और बलिदान का परिणाम है। हमें सदैव अपने देश के प्रति निष्ठावान रहना चाहिए तथा राष्ट्रीय एकता, शांति और सद्भाव बनाए रखने में अपना योगदान देना चाहिए। निष्कर्ष (Conclusion) कारगिल विजय दिवस केवल एक ऐतिहासिक विजय का स्मरण नहीं है, बल्कि यह वीरता, साहस, बलिदान और राष्ट्रभक्ति का प्रतीक है। हमें अपने शहीद सैनिकों का सदैव सम्मान करना चाहिए तथा उनके आदर्शों का अनुसरण करते हुए देश के विकास और सुरक्षा के लिए अपना योगदान देना चाहिए। यही उनके प्रति हमारी सच्ची श्रद्धांजलि होगी।

They sacrificed their lives while defending the nation's borders and ensured India's victory with their determination and selfless service. Their bravery and sacrifice continue to inspire every generation of Indians. Celebration in Schools Schools observe Kargil Vijay Diwas by organizing special assemblies, speech competitions, essay writing, poster-making, drawing competitions, patriotic songs, poetry recitations, quizzes, and tribute ceremonies for the martyrs. These activities help students develop patriotism, national unity, and respect for the Armed Forces. Role of Students Students should learn from the inspiring lives of our brave soldiers and adopt the values of discipline, honesty, hard work, and service to the nation.
